Harry Feazel

	Harry 'Phil' Feazel, 74, of Centralia, passed away at 7:46 a.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2002 at the St. Mary's/Good Samaritan Hospital in Centralia.  He was born on June 9, 1928 in Harrisburg, the son of Henry and Easter Burton Feazel.  He married Elizabeth Jean Stowers and she passed away on January 19, 1975.  He is survived by three sons, Phillip Benjamin (Gaye) Feazel of DuQuoin, David Allen (Gina) Feazel of Centralia and Rodney Rean Feazel of Centralia; a brother, Gordon Gwynn Feazel of DuQuoin; an aunt, Vivian Lasley of Indianapolis, Ind.; a special friend, Pat Lusch of Centralia; eight grandchildren seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his wife; a brother, Burton Feazel, and two sisters, Beverly Feazel and Barbara Whitnel.
	 Mr. Feazel was a lineman for Illinois Power Co. for 42 years and an Army veteran of WW II.  He was a member of the First Christian Church in Centralia, VFW Post #2055 where he was past commander and past district commander.  He was a member of the American Legion Post #456, past chef degar for the American Legion 40/8, past president of Bears Local 101, a member of the Centralia Moose Lodge, UCT and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union.
	Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, October 18 in the Boggs Chapel of the Styninger-Pacey Funeral Home in Centralia with Rev. Michael Karunas officiating.  Burial was held in the Elmwood Cemetery in Centralia with full military rites accorded by the VFW Post #2055 and American Legion Post #456.  Friends called from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.  Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church in Centralia.
